PRODUCT DETAILS
Photographs are printed on high-quality Matte Paper 200 gsm. When using a white border, the print size remains the same, but the printable image will be reduced. The frames include a 2 mm glass, an acid-free foam board, and a hanging string. These are professionally framed by local craftsmen with over a decade of experience in custom framing. Black or white frames are made of pine, while the natural timber is Tasmanian oak. The standard profile size is 2 cm wide by 4 cm deep, although for large prints we use wider frames. Please note that we may use perspex instead of glass for large framed pieces being shipped outside of Sydney for safety reasons.
TURNAROUND
Prints are processed to order so please allow 3 to 5 days and 1 to 2 weeks for framed pieces.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free of charge within Australia. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your artwork to be shipped.
International orders are available only for prints, contact us for rates as they might differ depending on your location.
RETURN
We want you to be amazed with your new artwork. If you are not, please let us know. Although each print is made to order, we allow returns within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied.
Frames are personalised, and therefore exempt from refund. Should the product arrive damaged, please send us a photo for verification and we will make it right.
